Job Summary:
This role is for a Benefits Specialist within HR Shared Services, focusing on the operational execution of coworker benefit programs. The specialist will collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure accurate payments, compliant payroll, and effective budget management. Key responsibilities include administering benefit programs, driving process improvements, preparing payroll inputs, auditing vendor data, and managing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer coworker benefit programs and partner with vendors and internal teams.
Drive process improvements for payroll accuracy and efficiency impacting benefit workflows.
Prepare and submit benefit-related payroll inputs and ensure accurate processing.
Audit vendor files and reports for accuracy and compliance.
Manage benefit vendor invoices and coordinate payments.
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 2 years in Benefits Administration/Operations.
Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., Workday).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Domain/Industry Experience:
Experience in a large organization with complex benefit structures is beneficial.
