Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to create engaging, high-impact learning experiences that drive employee performance and business outcomes. This role focuses on designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) programs using modern instructional design methodologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into clear, effective, and scalable learning solutions. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong foundation in adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM methodologies, and digital learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop eLearning courses, ILT, and VILT programs aligned with business goals and learner needs
Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct training needs analysis and define learning objectives
Develop interactive content using Articulate Storyline and Rise, including simulations, assessments, and multimedia elements
Convert instructor-led content into self-paced digital learning experiences
Create and manage Learning Management System (LMS) content, assignments, and reporting
Evaluate training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics; continuously improve learning programs
Design visually compelling and engaging learning materials, including graphics, job aids, and learning tools
Facilitate knowledge transfer through innovative instructional strategies and blended learning approaches
Present learning solutions and insights to stakeholders, including leadership teams
Support ongoing updates and lifecycle management of training content

Required Skills/Education:
3–5 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or Curriculum Design
Strong expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
Proven ability to design and deliver interactive eLearning and blended learning solutions
Experience with LMS platforms, including content creation, assignment management, and reporting
Strong visual design and content development skills
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content
Experience evaluating training effectiveness and using data to drive improvements
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience converting ILT content into digital or self-paced formats
Background in training analytics and learning effectiveness measurement
Familiarity with graphic design tools or multimedia development
