A highly respected professional services organization is looking to add a
Senior Systems Engineer
to their infrastructure team. This is a key hire due to an upcoming retirement, offering strong visibility and long-term stability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning a
Microsoft-centric environment
and working across both on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and optimize a hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
Lead administration of
Active Directory
environments, including multi-site design
Own and support
virtualization platforms (Hyper-V)
Partner with internal teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions
Act as a senior escalation point and contribute to ongoing improvements
What They’re Looking For
Strong experience with
Active Directory
(including Sites & Services)
Hands-on experience with
Hyper-V environments
Background working in hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
Solid communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Microsoft-heavy infrastructure
Collaborative, tight-knit team (this is a 5-person group)
High visibility role with real ownership
Work Setup
Hybrid schedule with flexibility
Team typically onsite a 2-3 days a week
