Process Technician (Injection Molding)

We’re hiring a hands-on
Process Technician
to support injection molding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in mold setup, process troubleshooting, and improving production efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Set up molds and start injection molding machines
Perform mold and material changes
Troubleshoot processing issues to maintain part quality
Monitor scrap, downtime, and production performance
Adjust process parameters to improve efficiency and reduce defects
Document and maintain molding process standards
Support new tool trials and continuous improvement efforts
Assist with training operators when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in
injection molding process setup and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of
molding parameters and defect resolution
Familiarity with
resins and material handling/drying
Ability to work independently and solve production issues
Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail
Willingness to work
1st or 2nd shift + overtime as needed
Work Environment
Indoor manufacturing facility
Requires standing, lifting, and hands-on machine work
Exposure to typical shop conditions (noise, equipment, materials)
