Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an administrative assistant who can work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from bookkeeping, social media marketing, content creation, reporting, and various admin duties. You must have a strong attention to detail, be reliable and hardworking, with excellent communication skills.

This can be a full or part-time role.

Assist with Onboarding
Maintain Social Media accounts; create marketing content and collateral
Assist with internal recruiting and sourcing
Run and edit reports in MS Excel pulled from various tools
Provides support to and anticipates needs of executive staff
Perform other office duties as assigned
Research and gather information to assist other staff members
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, so they remain updated and easily accessible

Skills
Familiarity with office procedures
Proficient with computers MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
