Job Summary
eLEND Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer billing, incoming payments, and account reconciliation. This role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring accurate financial records.
We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers about billing or payment questions.
Responsibilities
Prepare and send customer invoices promptly and accurately
Record and apply payments (checks, ACH, credit card)
Monitor customer account balances and follow up on past‑due invoices
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate AR aging reports
Reconcile accounts and assist with month‑end close
Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Clear communication and customer service skills
Attributes Needed

Working Conditions
Office‑based position
