The Omnichannel Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of Wet Sounds’ ecommerce, CRM, and cross-channel operations. This role is responsible for maintaining systems, supporting product and pricing accuracy, and ensuring consistency across all sales and distribution channels.
This position reports to the Senior Digital Marketing & Omnichannel Manager and is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within omnichannel operations in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities

Maintain and update CRM data (contacts, deals, and pipeline activity), assist with reporting and data organization, support basic user needs, and ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency across the platform.

Track promotions and compile sales performance data, support the creation and updating of sales materials (price guides, order forms, catalogs), and maintain organized documentation across systems.

Manage product setup and updates across ecommerce platforms (BigCommerce, Amazon, etc.), ensuring listings are accurate (pricing, descriptions, images, and availability) and consistent across all channels.
·
Support product launches and pricing updates across ecommerce, dealer, and distribution channels while monitoring for discrepancies and resolving issues.

Monitor online pricing using TrackStreet to identify potential MAP violations, report findings for follow-up, and maintain accurate tracking logs.

Support dealer and partner operations, including onboarding materials, program coordination, and maintaining organized dealer-facing resources.

Assist with daily dropship operations across key partners (Crutchfield, West Marine, etc.), ensuring accuracy in pricing, inventory, and product data across partner portals.

Support cross-functional operations by coordinating updates across systems, maintaining internal trackers, and ensuring alignment between ecommerce, sales, and operations teams.

The Omnichannel Coordinator plays a key role in supporting ecommerce operations, CRM systems, and partner channels through data management, system updates, and issue monitoring. This position provides hands-on experience across omnichannel operations and is designed as a growth opportunity within the organization.

This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is not eligible for remote work. Prior knowledge or experience in omnichannel operations is strongly preferred.
