Senior Delivery Lead

Deliver technical solutions across Genesys, Salesforce, BrightTree, and Alveria platforms. Role requires strong delivery leadership, RAID management, and cross-functional coordination with likelihood of extension.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of multi-platform technical solutions with focus on dependencies, risks, and milestone tracking
Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) across technical domains
Unblock escalations and anticipate risks based on prior implementation experience
Oversee third-party vendors (e.g., data migration system integrators)
Create executive artifacts (PowerPoint, Excel) tailored to technical and business stakeholders
Handle resourcing and capacity planning as priorities shift (plan is 80% defined, 20% dynamic)
Technical Stack:
Primary platforms: Genesys, Salesforce, BrightTree, Alvaria
Integration scope: Screen pop, telephony, IVR, voice agents, contact center campaigns
Not mandatory but preferred: Candidates with Genesis + Salesforce experience strongly preferred; other enterprise delivery experience considered
