We’re looking for a Recruiter who wants to grow into Sales, someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to learn the staffing business from the inside out.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role starts with recruiting, learning how to identify talent, build relationships, understand candidate motivations, and match great people with great opportunities. From there, you’ll grow into the sales side of the business by learning how to build client relationships, uncover hiring needs, and become a true staffing partner.

Day in the Life
Finding and engaging top talent through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and creative sourcing
Interviewing candidates and learning what makes them tick
Matching candidates to roles where they can win
Partnering with sales and leadership to understand client needs
Learning how to prospect, build client relationships, and generate new business
Celebrating wins, learning from losses, and getting better every week
Bringing energy, curiosity, and a little competitive fire to the team

Coachable, self-motivated, and willing to put in the work
A strong communicator who can build trust quickly
Organized enough to manage multiple conversations at once
Positive, resilient, and not afraid of hearing “no”
Interested in recruiting, sales, business development, and staffing
Recruiting experience is great but not required. Sales experience is great but not required. The right mindset matters most.

Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, retail leadership, or anything people-facing
Comfort using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM/ATS systems, or sales tools
Interest in staffing, business development, or relationship-based sales
A little grit, a lot of personality, and the ability to laugh when things get chaotic
