Role Description
The Technical Director will oversee all technical aspects of the production, ensuring the successful execution of the live event. Responsibilities include managing technical teams, coordinating with various functional areas, leading research and development for innovative solutions, and ensuring projects meet creative vision, deadlines, and budgetary requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, requiring dynamic leadership and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Team Management and Team Leadership skills for directing and managing cross-functional teams efficiently.
Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Production Systems Development to drive innovation and technology solutions.
Proficiency in Project Management to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Experience within the live production, broadcast, or entertainment industry is essential.
Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments with a collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
