Role Description
The Production Manager at FulFive will oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of all production-related activities for large-scale live events and ceremonies. This full-time, on-site position located in Los Angeles, CA requires overseeing production schedules, managing budgets, supervising teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring the timely execution of deliverables at the highest standard. The Production Manager will collaborate with creative and technical teams, work closely with vendors, and support logistical planning while maintaining impeccable attention to detail throughout the production process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in production management, event coordination, and logistics for large-scale live or broadcast events
Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in project management tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and vendors
Budgeting and financial management skills, including allocation of resources and cost control
Problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
Familiarity with live event technologies, production techniques, and safety protocols
Experience in large-scale productions, especially within sports, ceremonies, or cultural events, is a significant advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
