Simulation Engineer

We’re hiring a

Simulation Engineer

for a contract role supporting advanced automation and process engineering initiatives.
Seeking a hands-on engineer with experience in

robotic simulation, throughput analysis, and virtual commissioning

to help optimize automated manufacturing systems.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain simulations using

ROBOGUIDE, Process Simulate, Emulate3D , etc.
Validate

cycle time, throughput, JPH, and capacity
Identify bottlenecks and improve system flow
Support

virtual commissioning

with PLC/HMI/robot controls teams
Develop workcell documentation, robot data, payloads, videos, and reports
Participate in design reviews, builds, and customer/project meetings
What We Need
Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong experience with robotic/system simulation software
Background in manufacturing automation / robotics
Understanding of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and safety systems
Knowledge of

ANSI/RIA / ISO robotic safety standards

Bonus Skills
Automotive manufacturing experience
AMR / autonomous mobile robot simulation
Throughput modeling (Plant Simulation, Arena, AutoMod)
