Position Summary
The
Wealth Management Business Support Specialist
plays a critical role in the successful onboarding, development, and ongoing support of new financial advisors. This individual works closely with Recruiters, Training Coordinators, and Sales Managers to deliver comprehensive wealth management training, systems education, and hands-on business processing support.
Key Responsibilities
Advisor Onboarding & Training:
Support onboarding of new advisors in close partnership with
Recruiters, Training Coordinators, and Sales Managers
Deliver and support
General Wealth Management Training
Participate in live or virtual training sessions as needed to support advisor development
Systems & Platform Training and Support
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support on firm platforms and tools
Ongoing Business Processing Support
MMLIS new business processing
Annuity new business
(proprietary and non-proprietary) processing
NIGO (Not In Good Order)
resolution
Support
DocuSign
workflows and troubleshooting
Conduct
order review s and address deficiencies
Answer advisor questions related to
money movement , including:
Transfer oversight and issue resolution
Track and support
product training requirements
to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications:
Detail Oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain complex systems and processes clearly to advisors
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, training, and compliance teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
College Degree, preferably in business, finance or economics
Operations experience with Business Processing
Training or facilitation experience (in-person or virtual)

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
