About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled
LabVIEW Test Engineer
to design, develop, and execute advanced test systems for aerospace applications. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to validate embedded and electrical systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test systems using LabVIEW and NI tools
Design and execute validation procedures for aerospace systems and components
Perform
Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL)
and system-level testing
Integrate test systems with embedded and electrical hardware
Acquire, analyze, and interpret test data; generate detailed reports
Troubleshoot and debug software, hardware, and system-level issues
Collaborate with design, systems, and manufacturing teams for test coverage
Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards
Support system builds, installations, and test readiness activities
Continuously improve test frameworks, automation, and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
3+ years of experience in test engineering or validation
Strong hands-on experience with
LabVIEW
and
NI (National Instruments) tools
Experience with
test automation ,
DAQ , and signal testing
Familiarity with
Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL)
testing
Experience in
system integration testing
(embedded/electrical systems)
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace, avionics, or defense environments
Knowledge of tools like NI TestStand, PXI systems, or similar platforms
Understanding of industry standards (e.g., DO-160, MIL-STD)
Experience with scripting or additional programming languages
