Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced

Functional Safety (FuSa) Lead

with a strong background in safety engineering and system-level design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading functional safety activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the development of safe and reliable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the decomposition of

Functional Safety Concepts (FSC)

and

Functional Safety Requirements (FSRs)

into

Technical Safety Concepts (TSC)

and

Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs)
Perform comprehensive

safety analyses

such as HARA, FMEA, FTA, and related assessments
Ensure adherence to functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) across all development phases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system, software, and hardware engineering
Support safety case development and documentation
Identify and mitigate safety risks throughout the product lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Functional Safety or related domain
Strong understanding of

ISO 26262

and automotive safety lifecycle
Hands-on experience in safety analysis techniques (HARA, FMEA, FTA)
Experience in requirement decomposition and system-level safety design
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
