Salary Range: 95K-115K (Depending on Experience)
Rebalance Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist interested in a hybrid role that combines
patient care with leadership and growth opportunities .
This position includes
30 hours of direct patient care
and
10 hours focused on supporting the team, improving systems, and contributing to practice growth . It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys both treating patients and being involved in the bigger picture of a practice.
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical experience
Proven leadership, mentorship, or management experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in business growth, marketing, and practice development
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
Primary Goal of This Role
To elevate therapist performance, retention, and clinical excellence while contributing to sustainable growth and expansion of Rebalance Physical Therapy.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care
Support and mentor other therapists on the team
Assist with onboarding, training, and team development
Contribute to improving clinical systems and workflows
Collaborate on practice growth, community outreach, and marketing efforts
Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
