Rebalance Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a
self-driven orthopedic/sports physical therapist
who wants to
develop or deepen expertise in pelvic floor therapy
within a
high-level, mentorship-focused environment .
We are a
cash-based, one-on-one physical therapy practice
specializing in:
Orthopedic & sports rehabilitation
Spine, hip, and sacroiliac dysfunction
Pelvic floor dysfunction (pain, pregnancy, postpartum)
Chronic and complex cases
Work with patients on wellness and prevention
We are not a high-volume, Medicare-heavy clinic.
We prioritize
clinical reasoning, time with patients, and outcomes.

4–6 month structured pelvic floor training program
Weekly
1.5-hour mentorship sessions
Hands-on training in:
Manual therapy
Spine, SIJ, and hip dysfunction
Pelvic pain & perinatal care

60-minute one-on-one treatments

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat orthopedic and pelvic floor patients
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver hands-on manual therapy and movement-based care
Collaborate with team members on complex cases
Participate in mentorship and ongoing education
Ideal Candidate Background
Orthopedic or sports physical therapy experience
Interest in pelvic floor therapy ( experience preferred, not required )
Strong manual therapy foundation (or desire to build one)
Growth mindset and ability to work independently
New graduates welcome
if highly motivated and coachable .
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$80,000–$115,000
(based on experience)
