Step into an exciting opportunity with a dynamic company that values growth and collaboration. As a Jira Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing workflow efficiency and supporting the configuration of Jira environments.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Administer and support Jira Software and related Atlassian tools
Collaborate with teams to customize Jira projects and workflows
Manage user access, roles, and permissions
Develop and maintain system documentation
Provide technical support and training on Jira best practices
Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades
Integrate Jira with other enterprise systems
Design automation, reporting, and dashboards
Mentor junior administrators and team members
Support after-hours activities to minimize system downtime
Required Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of advanced Jira administration experience
Strong understanding of Jira project configurations and workflows
Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence administration
Knowledge of SQL and database querying
Experience with Jira REST APIs and third-party integrations
Excellent communication skills
Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Customer service oriented with a collaborative mindset
