The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical side of accounting and direct client interaction. You’ll play a key role in overseeing bookkeeping work, supporting tax efforts, and acting as a trusted partner to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and review work from bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Manage multiple client accounts across various industries
Research and resolve financial discrepancies
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Handle payroll tax filings and sales tax reporting
Support tax preparation and contribute to tax planning strategies
Communicate directly with clients, providing guidance and building relationships
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously
Experience with corporate tax
Background in bookkeeping and/or full-cycle accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Xero
