Digital Product Manager
Location:

Encino, CA (Onsite 3x per week)
Compensation:

$175,000–$185,000 base + exceptional perks & benefits
Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to own and evolve critical customer-facing platforms, with a strong focus on account, identity, and profile experiences. This role sits at the intersection of user experience, data systems, and business operations, and is ideal for someone who has built products in complex booking environments (think travel, flights, hospitality, or similar high-volume transactional industries).
You’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless, scalable experiences that connect front-end digital products with back-end systems like CRM, marketing automation, and financial platforms.

What You’ll Do
Own the product strategy and roadmap for customer account, identity, and profile platforms
Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery through launch and iteration
Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to deliver high-impact features
Ensure seamless data flow across systems, including CRM, marketing automation, call center tools, and financial platforms
Leverage data and customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives
Champion Agile best practices and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles
Continuously optimize conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction across digital touchpoints

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in digital product management
Really want someone who has worked on complex logins from multiple platforms
Proven ownership of customer-facing platforms (account, identity, profile, or similar)
Experience working in complex booking environments (e.g., travel, airlines, hospitality, ticketing, or similar industries)
Strong understanding of how customer data flows between front-end applications and back-end systems (CRM, marketing automation, call center tools, financial systems)
Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have
Experience with personalization, loyalty programs, or customer lifecycle management
Background in high-growth or consumer-facing digital environments
Familiarity with identity management, authentication, or security frameworks
