About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with proven experience in restoration, remediation, and reconstruction. This opportunity is ideal for a field-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong operational discipline, urgency, and relationship management skills to every project.
This is
not
a new construction role. Projects are driven by fire, water, mold, storm, and environmental losses, requiring someone who can adapt quickly, solve problems in real time, and lead confidently in the field.
You will oversee projects from start to finish while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance partners, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and residential reconstruction projects from authorization through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, trades, and internal field teams across multiple active jobs
Review scopes, estimates, and Xactimate line items for accuracy, completeness, and profitability
Ensure jobsite documentation, safety compliance, permitting, and inspections are completed properly
Serve as the main liaison for property owners, facility managers, insurance carriers, TPAs, and adjusters
Manage scope changes, supplements, and change orders while protecting project margins
Provide forecasting, reporting, and performance updates to leadership
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and long-term relationships
Mentor junior project managers and field personnel as needed
Qualifications
Hands-on project management experience in restoration, remediation, and reconstruction
Strong commercial and residential project experience preferred
Ability to manage 10 to 30 active projects in a dynamic, field-based environment
Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating / project management software
Working knowledge of building codes, permitting, inspections, and subcontractor management
Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, and adjusters
Contractor’s License, IICRC certifications, OSHA 10 or 30, and Mold / EPA certifications preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills with a client-first mindset
