Driver Manager / Dispatcher
to join their team in Carlsbad, NM.

Position Overview
This role is central to daily operations, responsible for coordinating drivers, managing fleet
activity, and ensuring efficient, compliant transportation delivery.
You will serve as the
primary point of contact for drivers , balancing logistics, communication,
and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch drivers to meet daily delivery schedules
Monitor driver activity, performance, and route progress
Ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
Oversee fleet usage, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance
Maintain accurate records of driver logs, inspections, and vehicle maintenance
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time operations
Respond to and resolve real-time issues, delays, or emergencies
What We’re Looking For
Experience in dispatching, fleet management, or transportation logistics
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear and effective communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly under pressure
Familiarity with transportation or logistics systems is a plus
