zTrip is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Fleet Dispatcher
to support our daily transportation operations. In this role, you’ll balance real-time dispatch responsibilities with top-tier customer service, serving as a critical connection between drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure a smooth and reliable transportation experience.
What You’ll Do as a Fleet Dispatcher:
Dispatch and route drivers based on demand, schedules, and availability
Monitor live trips and proactively resolve service, routing, or customer issues
Communicate route changes, trip updates, and operational instructions to drivers
Assist customers by answering calls, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and customer interactions
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and efficiency
What You’ll Bring to the Role as a Fleet Dispatcher:
Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dispatch, scheduling, or fleet management software (a plus)
Valid driver’s license
