Hiring: SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant – W2 Contract
Location:
Remote (with limited travel to Plano, TX)
Duration:
6+ months contract (W2 only)
Eligibility:
US Citizen or Green Card Holder only
We are looking for a highly experienced
SAP OTC Consultant
with strong expertise in
SAP ECC Order-to-Cash (O2C)
processes and deep knowledge of
Sales & Distribution (SD)
and
Project Systems (PS)
integration. This is a senior-level role supporting complex enterprise SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) process design, configuration, and implementation in SAP ECC
Manage end-to-end sales order lifecycle including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and AR integration
Work on integration between SAP
Sales & Distribution (SD)
and
Project Systems (PS)
modules
Configure and support PS scenarios related to customer projects and service delivery
Support or implement
Results-Based Billing (RRB) / Resource-Related Billing
processes
Gather and translate business requirements into functional SAP specifications
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to define OTC and billing processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in OTC flows
Collaborate with ABAP, integration, and cross-functional SAP teams
Ensure alignment with FI/CO processes and financial reporting requirements
Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and offshore teams
Required Experience
12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on
SAP ECC OTC / SD
Strong hands-on expertise in
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
processes
Experience with
SAP Project Systems (PS)
Exposure to
RRB / Resource-Related Billing
strongly preferred
Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO integration
Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or large support projects
Ability to lead functional design workshops and client discussions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in service-based or project-based industries
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA OTC processes (nice to have)
Experience working in global or enterprise SAP environments
Prior leadership or mentoring experience
