Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for:
CORA (Court Operations & Record Automation):

Transcription, summarization, document classification, and evidence extraction
PermitIQ (Permitting Automation Platform):

Administrative completeness review, document extraction/classification, and applicant guidance
LinguaLink (Real-Time Translation Intelligence):

Multilingual translation pipelines using responsible AI practices
Develop scalable AI agent frameworks and automation workflows
Ensure seamless integration with court systems, county platforms, and CCO systems
Azure Development & Integration
Build and integrate Azure-native components across:
Data pipelines and orchestration
Application services and APIs
AI and cognitive services
Security and networking infrastructure
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
AI & Data Engineering
Develop and deploy AI models for NLP tasks including transcription, summarization, classification, and translation
Implement responsible AI practices, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and transparency
Integrate AI services (including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services) into production workflows
Security & Compliance
Ensure all solutions meet InfoSec, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements (including HIPAA where applicable)
Implement secure architecture using Azure Key Vault, VNets, and secure endpoints
Maintain thorough documentation for compliance and audit readiness
Collaboration & Support
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine technical solutions
Support user onboarding and post-deployment stabilization
Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL/Managed Instance, Azure Storage (Blob, ADLS)
Application Development:

Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure DevOps (CI/CD, repositories, secrets management)

Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, AI model deployment
