A well‑established, highly respected CPA firm in the East Bay is hiring a Senior Tax Accountant to step into a true succession role. The founder is transitioning out over time and personally handling client introductions and handoff — this is not a “figure it out yourself” situation.

Established, loyal client base (HNW individuals, real estate, medical, small businesses)
Hands‑on transition with the current owner
Performance‑driven bonus + profit potential

Strong with complex individual + entity returns
Comfortable owning client relationships end‑to‑end
