Carson, CA (Onsite).

Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Aerospace industry is a must.

Rate Range:

$28/hour to $34/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced HSE Manager / EHS Manager to lead site-level Health, Safety, and Environmental operations. The role focuses on legal compliance, risk management, incident investigation, emergency response, environmental control, and ISO-based HSE systems across manufacturing/industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage site-wide HSE programs and compliance
Maintain HSE legal matrix and coordinate with government agencies
Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections, and corrective actions
Handle incident investigations using RCA, 8D, and 5W+H
Oversee chemical safety, confined spaces, ergonomics, hazardous work, and emergency management
Drive industrial hygiene, environmental control, and sustainability initiatives
Develop HSE training and continuous improvement programs

Required Skills
Strong HSE legal and regulatory knowledge
Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001
Expertise in chemical safety, emergency management, and risk control
Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
Industrial hygiene and environmental compliance experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Safety, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Industries:

Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Chemical, Pharma, Food, Heavy Industry, Electronics, Oil & Gas.
