Account Executive
to join their growing sales team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys consultative selling, and is motivated by building a book of business while making a direct impact on client growth.
What You Will Do
Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships within the Charlotte market and surrounding areas.
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across all service lines and recruiting verticals.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements.
Consistently meet or exceed activity, revenue, and gross profit goals.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across HR, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Administrative, and Project Management searches.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding open searches and market feedback.
What They're Looking For
4+ years of B2B sales, staffing sales, recruiting, or business development experience preferred.
Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
Organized with strong follow-through and pipeline management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
Knowledge of the Charlotte business community is a plus.
