We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established global logistics company with 20+ years in international freight that has been aggressively building out its domestic division — and it's growing fast.
This is a pure new business role: you'll be targeting U.S. shippers, owning your pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal. No inherited accounts. No account management. Full ownership.
They work in a high-energy, loud, competitive sales floor. This is a team that tracks activity, celebrates wins publicly, and pushes each other. Location : 5 days/week Onsite in Austin, TX (Relocation provided)
Must-Have Qualifications:
4–7 years of domestic freight sales experience
3PL or brokerage background (not freight forwarding)
Shipper-facing sales — not carrier-side
FTL / LTL / intermodal experience
Proven new logo hunter with high prospecting activity
Someone who thrives on a competitive floor
Compensation :
Base : $85,000–$100,000 + Benefits (100% covered medical for employee, PTO, 50% premiums covered for dependents, and many more!)
OTE : $150,000–$170,000+ (uncapped)
