Senior Accountant (Charlotte)

Our client is looking to add two Senior Accountants to support daily accounting operations, cost accounting, financial reporting, and the development of core processes needed for a new production environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Director of Accounting with day‑to‑day accounting activities.
Perform month‑end close, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and variance reporting.
Execute cost accounting functions, including tracking material, labor, and overhead costs.
Support AP/AR processes related to suppliers, raw materials, and customer billing.
Manage fixed‑asset accounting, including capital equipment tracking and depreciation.
Assist in developing financial controls, reporting processes, and plant‑level accounting procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
4+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
SAP experience required.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
