Role Description
Hiring for part-time and/or full-time occupational therapists. Sessions are provided in homes, daycares, preschools, private schools, ABA centers, and clinic locations. We have openings in Baltimore County, Harford County, and Baltimore City. The therapist will assess and evaluate the strengths and needs of pediatric clients, develop tailored intervention plans, and implement therapy sessions that focus on sensory integration, reflex integration, motor planning, visual perception, and self-care. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support and progress for the child while maintaining thorough documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes. This is a 1099 contractor position. Competitive pay, CEU reimbursement opportunities, schedule flexibility.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques with a focus on Sensory Integration and Reflex Integration a plus
Experience working with Pediatrics
Strong ability and passion for working with children and families
Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid license to practice in MD
