We are seeking an experienced
Aerospace Structures Technician
with strong precision drilling and assembly experience to support high-rate manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for technicians who have experience working with tight tolerances, structural fasteners, and large aerospace assemblies.
This position supports production readiness, structural assembly, and precision fabrication processes using industry-standard tools and aerospace manufacturing methods.
What You'll Do:
Configure new production work areas with appropriate tooling and equipment to support efficient manufacturing flow
Drill precision holes to tight tolerances using manual and power-feed drilling equipment
Install structural fasteners according to engineering specifications
Perform deburring, alignment, and structural assembly tasks
Use calibrated precision tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers
Support structural assembly involving metallic and composite materials
Apply adhesives, sealants, coatings, and perform surface preparation tasks

What You'll Need:
5 years of aerospace structures or manufacturing experience
Proven experience drilling close tolerance holes
Experience installing structural fasteners
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications
Experience using precision measuring and calibration tools.
Ability to lift up to
50 pounds
