What You’ll Do:
Review
paper and electronic account applications
for accuracy and completeness
Process applications with
speed and precision
Handle
exception reports, reconciliations, and risk controls
Respond to inquiries from
Operations and Customer Service teams
Partner with internal teams to
identify fraudulent or high-risk accounts
Ensure daily work meets
service level expectations
✅ What You Bring:
1+ year of
financial operations experience
(or equivalent)
Understanding of
banking/brokerage rules and regulations
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with strong
organizational skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment
