Onsite to start (potential to move to hybrid)

$24–$25/hour

12-month temp-to-perm opportunity

Interview Process: 1 Round (Zoom)

What You’ll Do:

• Review paper and electronic account applications for accuracy and completeness
• Process applications with speed and precision
• Handle exception reports, reconciliations, and risk controls
• Respond to inquiries from Operations and Customer Service teams
• Partner with internal teams to identify fraudulent or high-risk accounts
• Ensure daily work meets service level expectations

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of financial operations experience (or equivalent)
• Understanding of banking/brokerage rules and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
