Our client, a leading private equity firm on the Westside of Los Angeles, is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage phone lines, greet guests professionally, and handle office operations and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:

Oversee all front office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Guest Relations:

Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy, making a lasting impression.
Communication Hub:

Respond to inquiries from employees, callers, and visitors with clarity and efficiency.
Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with building maintenance and external vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
Event Planning:

Manage the office calendar and organize meetings and events, enhancing team collaboration.
Office Opening/Closing:

Ensure the office is opened and closed daily, maintaining a secure and orderly environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Able to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with standard office systems and tools.
