Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead a
large-scale IT divestiture / business separation initiative . This role requires strong expertise in
separating IT systems, infrastructure, and data
from a parent organization while ensuring
business continuity and operational stability .
Candidates with
Automotive / Truck OEM / Heavy Equipment / EV industry experience
will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end IT separation (carve-out/divestiture)
programs
Perform
due diligence
on current IT landscape (applications, infrastructure, data)
Identify risks and develop
mitigation strategies for Day 1 readiness
Manage execution of:
Infrastructure & hardware separation
Application & ERP migration
Data migration with integrity and security
Oversee:
IT asset inventory & license transfer
Contractual agreements & TSA (Transition Service Agreements)
End-user device transition and support
Ensure
business continuity (BCP)
with zero disruption to operations
Drive
post-close activities
and ensure adherence to agreements
Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership stakeholders

Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree +
8+ years
of Project/Program Management experience
OR
Master’s degree +
6+ years
of experience
OR
10+ years
of relevant Project/Program Management experience
Domain Expertise (Must Have)
Experience managing
IT business separation / divestiture programs
Strong understanding of:
Hardware & infrastructure
Enterprise applications & ERP systems
Data migration, validation, and security
Ability to
anticipate risks
and proactively resolve issues
