Senior Accountant (Atlanta)

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to support the general ledger and month-end close process. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Prepare and execute the month-end close process
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and other departments to support business initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with system enhancements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
Public Accounting experience preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
