Salary: $2,626.87 - $2,826.87 /wk Computed Tomography Technologist - Charlotte, NC (Hospital) Minimum Requirements: 2 years CT technologist experience. Completion of a JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification with advanced registry in CT. Current BLS certification. Ability to start peripheral IVs. Experience with venous and arterial phase scanning and multi-phase protocols. Experience with stroke imaging, including perfusion, and colorectal CT studies. Experience performing CT-guided invasive procedures and supporting anesthesia cases. Experience working in a hospital setting serving ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient populations. Familiarity with EPIC (EMR), Epic Radiant (RIS), and Philips iSite (PACS) preferred. TeraRecon knowledge preferred but not required. Assignment Details Shift: Mid Shift, 1100-2100 (Mids, 4x10). Facility type: Hospital. Department volume: approximately 68 CT studies per day; higher on weekdays, lower on weekends. Scanners: Siemens Definition AS 64 and GE VCT 64. Power injectors: Bayer/Medrad. Patient populations served: Emergency Department, Inpatient, Observation, Outpatient. Department performs CT-guided invasive procedures and anesthesia cases as needed. Orientation: 1 day administrative onboarding (Epic, eLearnings, policy review). About the Role Perform CT scans according to physician orders, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment. Support a busy hospital radiology department that is TJC Stroke accredited and routinely operates near full inpatient capacity. Follow departmental protocols for multi-phase, perfusion, and specialty studies. Public safety and quality standards must be maintained at all times.
