Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Active state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure Experience in school-based settings preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Excellent organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively Problem-solving approach and adaptability to dynamic environments
Responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative speech, language, and communication services to students Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and IEPs Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to best support student progress Maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory guidelines Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based team activities Provide guidance and support to staff on best practices for inclusive communication Foster an encouraging, positive, and engaging learning environment
