Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Desired Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive and valid SLP licensure in Rhode Island (required)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred for SLP-CCC roles)Previous school-based SLP experience is preferredKnowledge of IEP development, student evaluations, and tailored intervention planningStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work exclusively onsite (no remote options) Key Responsibilities:Provide direct speech and language therapy in accordance with students IEPsConduct assessments, interpret results, and contribute to eligibility and services decisionsCollaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student growthMaintain thorough records and timely documentation per district and state regulationsParticipate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development Benefits include the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time hours, professional support within a collaborative team, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in students’ educational journeys.
