Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Speech-Language Pathologists are sought for contract roles beginning late August 2026 and concluding mid-June 2027, in vibrant school environments near Woonsocket, RI. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with diverse caseloads tailored to your expertise and preferences, to be further defined during the interview process. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology requiredActive state Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP credential preferred)Previous experience in school settings strongly encouragedUnderstanding of IDEA, IEPs, and school-based therapy best practicesStrong collaboration, communication, and organization skills Commitment to onsite, in-person therapy delivery throughout assignment Meet all applicable state and district requirements for employment
What You’ll Be Doing:Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEPsWork closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progressMonitor, document, and report on student performance and therapy outcomesParticipate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional developmentFoster an inclusive, positive learning environment for every student served
