Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an enriching contract opportunity serving students near Seattle, WA, for the 2026-2027 academic year. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for in-person roles, helping students at both elementary and secondary levels achieve their full potential. Your expertise will play a pivotal role throughout the school year, starting August 31, 2026, and concluding June 17, 2027, with full-time positions available. Qualifications & Experience Sought:Current Washington State SLP License required Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred Prior experience working in a school setting (elementary and/or secondary levels beneficial) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage diverse caseloads and deliver direct and consultative services Commitment to evidence-based intervention and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in caseloads of 42 (elementary) or 45 (secondary) Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth Participate in IEP meetings, share expertise, and contribute to educational planning Create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment for every student Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
