Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational setting near Quincy, MA. Youll collaborate closely with a skilled director and SLP Lead to help students discover their voices and reach their full communication potential. The assignment begins on September 1, 2026, and continues through April 4, 2027—with a strong likelihood of extension. Key Qualifications:Current, active SLP license in the state of Massachusetts DESE Certification (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) Open to SLPs with CCC, Pediatric SLPs, and Clinical Fellows (CFY) Comfort and enthusiasm for working with elementary-age children Experience managing a caseload of approximately 35-40 students
Your Responsibilities:Provide speech-language therapy and support to a diverse group of elementary students in a school-based setting Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders Document progress, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to a positive school environment, guided by an experienced director and supportive SLP Lead Deliver therapy services aligned with student IEP goals while communicating consistently with stakeholders
