What You’ll Do:
Support patients through outbound outreach, educating them on cost-saving opportunities
Build rapport quickly and guide conversations with empathy and clarity
Manage a steady caseload and maintain a high-volume call queue
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Accurately document all interactions and follow established workflows
Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas for improving processes
Provide occasional guidance to new hires as your expertise grows
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
Active
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
credential
2+ years
of outbound call experience (sales, patient outreach, MDM, etc.)
1+ year
in a community or retail pharmacy setting
Strong record of hitting high-volume call and conversion goals
Confidence discussing insurance coverage and cost-saving programs
Excellent accuracy, documentation, and attention to detail

Contract:
Temporary position with potential for permanent placement
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, and Vision
Schedule:
40 hours/week, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST or CST, with one Saturday morning shift per month
