In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye care services, including thorough examinations, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment of various eye conditions. You will play a key role in safeguarding the visual health of our patients while delivering outstanding patient service.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assessments
Diagnose and treat eye diseases and conditions
Prescribe corrective lenses and therapeutic interventions
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
Valid Optometry License in Ohio
Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) certification
Experience in direct patient care
