Our client, a leading organization in the cybersecurity and analytics sector, is seeking a Security Data Engineer to join their team. As a Security Data Engineer, you will be part of the Security and Analytics Department supporting Threat Management, Incident Response, Cyber Resiliency, Detection Engineering, and Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, normalize, and enrich security telemetry from multiple cyber defense platforms.
Engineer reliable batch and near real‑time data flows to support threat detection, incident response, cyber resiliency analysis, and executive reporting.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and consistency across security analytics datasets.
Develop curated datasets, data models, and feature stores that enable advanced security analytics, threat hunting, and resiliency insights.
Support incident response and post‑incident analysis by ensuring timely availability of high‑fidelity security data.
Qualifications/Requirements
5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform development.
Experience with data pipeline development (ETL/ELT).
Proficiency working with structured and semi‑structured data such as logs, events, and telemetry.
Knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala).
Experience working with cloud or enterprise data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
