The client is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Strategy and Content Marketing to join their Continuing Education division. This role involves the development and maintenance of content, messaging, and quality assurance for various digital platforms and channels, aiming to enhance engagement with diverse audiences. The position also includes overseeing the creation of social media and advertising content. As the primary deputy to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Associate Director will provide strategic partnership and support, managing digital marketing strategy and infrastructure across student registration systems, websites, and paid media to boost enrollment revenue and brand visibility. Responsibilities include managing email marketing campaigns, overseeing digital advertising, and maintaining audience segmentation and CRM tasks. The role demands staying informed on the latest data tracking and analysis tools to optimize content and testing strategies. The Associate Director is responsible for competitive landscape analysis to ensure the client’s continuing education offerings stay current. This includes proposing revisions to existing systems and anticipating emerging trends and tactics. The role emphasizes quality assurance for all marketing communications, adhering to editorial standards and branding.
