Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to K-12 students in a supportive and diverse school environment near Wesley Chapel, FL. Multiple contract opportunities are available, serving elementary, middle, and high school students across several school sites for the academic year through late May 2026. This on-site-only position offers flexible assignments, with both full-time and part-time schedules possible. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to empower students at multiple campuses, addressing speech and language needs and fostering communication growth. Qualifications:Active Florida Department of Health SLP Licensure ASHA Certification (preferred, but not required) Open to candidates with CCC or CF; SLPAs are not being considered Experience working within schools and/or with K-12 youth is highly desirable Ability to travel locally between assigned campuses Timely completion of credentialing, including fingerprints per state and district requirements Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language services to K-12 students across assigned schoolsEvaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain regular documentation and progress reportsCollaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student successAttend meetings and participate in IEP processes as needed Benefits:Opportunities for Professional Growth across a variety of age groups and school settingsFlexible full-time or part-time scheduling options to fit your needsSupportive onboarding and credentialing assistance Pay is determined by years of school-based experience, with rates ranging from $33–$45 per hour.
