Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a vital role supporting middle school students’ communication needs in a vibrant educational community near Saint Paul, MN. This contract opportunity calls for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide maternity leave coverage from September 8 through early December 2026. Flexible scheduling allows you to tailor your workweek: choose between Monday–Friday half-days or consolidate your hours into two full days and one half day. District supervision is provided for SLP-CF and SLPA, ensuring you have guidance and mentorship throughout your assignment. Key Qualifications:Active Minnesota licensure as an SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA Experience in school-based speech and language services preferredComfortable with diverse caseloads in a middle school settingStrong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families Ability to adapt to a flexible, mid-day work schedule

Role Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students following their individualized education plans (IEPs)Conduct assessments and develop therapy goals in alignment with district practicesCollaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and staff to support student growthMaintain thorough, timely documentation and track student progress Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with families regarding student outcomes This position offers the chance to focus on making a difference in students’ lives while benefiting from adaptable scheduling.
