Job Description
The Civil/Mechanical Lead will oversee all civil and mechanical construction activities including site grading, roads, drainage, foundations, and tracker installation.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor earthwork, grading, and drainage construction
Verify installation of culverts, stormwater systems, and erosion control
Inspect equipment foundations and concrete placement
Review pile driving logs and tracker installation
Witness geotechnical testing and compaction testing
Track civil quality documentation and NCRs
Requirements
7+ years experience in solar civil construction or heavy civil projects
Experience with tracker foundations and solar site development
Familiarity with geotechnical reports and civil testing procedures
